Warranty certificate

By using the product you have just bought in accordance with the recommended conditions, you benefit free of charge from a personal warranty. To benefit from it, you must complete your membership form. Keep your receipt, the proof of purchase of the product: in the event of a claim, you will be asked for it.

Our warranty of use

In the event of a chimney fire, the Fulgurant Warranty applies in addition to the fire insurance policy that you have taken out separately (home insurance).
The Fulgurant Warranty covers the excess and/or the depreciation that would remain payable by you, after compensation by your fire insurance, up to a limit of 5 000 €.
The warranty takes effect from the 16th day after the date the product was used.
Warranty period: 1 year.
We do not send back any document.

The information that you submit here serves as a subscription to a possible warranty (with no contractual value) that we offer to our customers. Please note that chemical chimney sweeping (using a product) in no way replaces mechanical chimney sweeping (carried out by a professional), which is compulsory and required by insurance companies.
